Integration Consultant II Internship in Bangalore at UKG software

UKG is hiring for the role of Integration Consultant II!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Support User Acceptance Testing and deployment to the production environment.
• Support major releases and upgrades during US hours.
• Collaborate closely with UKG Project Managers and complete tasks delegated towards system implementations.
• Utilize the defined implementation process to meet established milestones and completion dates.
• Implement and support of UKG Dimensions Implementation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field.
• 2-5 years of industry experience, demonstrating expertise in creating interfaces for upstream/downstream using Dell Boomi.
• Additional advantage for domain knowledge of Human Capital Management (HCM) and Workforce Management (WFM).
• Involvement in the design, build, test, deploy, and scheduling of integration processes involving third-party systems.
• In-depth knowledge of Workforce Management (WFM) concepts and related tools.
• Experience in upgrading existing UKG customers from lower versions to more compatible and recent versions.
• Ability to port the full-suite UKG implementation and deliver it as a like-to-like solution.
• Flexibility to participate in calls during evenings with clients and US team members.
• Experience in creating customized solutions for interfacing requirements using Dell Boomi.
• Familiarity with Professional Services concepts and the ability to implement software in various environments.
• Proficient in following the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process to provide solutions for interfaces.
• Strong understanding of client requirements, preparation of design documents, coding, testing, and deploying interfaces.
• Experience in designing and developing integrations using the Dell Boomi AtomSphere integration platform or similar tools.
• Familiarity with Dell Boomi components, connectors, Application Source Qualifier, Mapping Designer, and Transformations.
• Knowledge of Rest API, SOAP framework, XML, and web service design would be beneficial.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with good customer interfacing skills.
