Integration Consultant Job in Mumbai at Infobip

Infobip is hiring for the role of Integration Consultant!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Create SoW and define low-level solution integration requirements
• Integrate Infobip Products to the clients’ systems (custom-scripted solutions on mGate, API, SFTP, secure SMS, SaaS, etc.)
• Conduct solution integration enablement sessions for customers and document meeting minutes summaries
• Document solution integration best practices and share them with the Solution Engineering community
• Participate in global Solution Engineering chapter in area(s) of interest and expertise
• Migrate and upgrade software solutions in line with Infobip platform development
• Provide regular updates to Solution Consultants on custom integrations
• Product feedback to Product Development and Engineering on custom integrations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science or technology
• Experience in middleware integration or API development
• Experience with programming and scripting languages (Java, JavaScript, Groovy, or similar).
• Understanding basic concepts of XML, REST, JSON, and SOAP
• Basic experience with SQL databases such as MSSQL, Oracle, and others
• Experience with basic system and network troubleshooting
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing and shifting priorities
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and patience
