Insurance Specialist (Outbound Sales) Job in Mumbai at Fatakpay

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote insurance products.
• Explain policy coverage, benefits, terms, and conditions in a clear, customerfriendly manner.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
• Handle queries, objections, and follow up to close enrollments.
• Maintain accurate call logs and customer records in CRM.

Qualifications & Skills:

• About 1 year of experience in insurance sales, telecalling, or related outbound calling roles. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills — confident on phone.
• Ability to simplify and explain policy terms to customers.
• Basic computer skills; experience using a CRM is preferred.
• Customeroriented, goaldriven, and able to work in a fastpaced environment.
• Minimum education: 12th pass; graduation or insurance/sales certifications are a plus.
