Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Process premium transactions accurately and timely.
- Seek guidance from Senior Technicians for complex tasks.
- Participate in feedback and personal development activities.
- Contribute to team efforts and meet SLAs and KPIs.
- Adhere to company compliance, policy, risk management, and audit requirements.
- Complete assigned training and assessments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Basic understanding of insurance and its role in businesses.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Aptitude for learning and developing new skills.
