Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Resolve customer issues related to PhonePe accounts and transactions.
• Provide prompt and effective support via phone and data channels.
• Build trust and positive relationships with customers.
• Achieve hourly and daily productivity goals.
• Educate and empower customers to fully utilize PhonePe features.

Requirements:

• Graduation in any relevant field is mandatory.
• 0-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role preferred.
• Multilingual skills in South Indian languages (spoken & written) are a plus.
• Strong customer focus and ability to adapt to diverse situations.
• Active listening and objection-handling skills.
• Team player with open-mindedness to feedback.
• Multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
