Instructional Design Analyst Job in Delhi at Infonative Solutions Pvt Ltd.

As an Instructional Design Analyst, you will provide expert learning design consultancy to global business stakeholders. This role involves hands-on instructional design work, reviewing project deliverables, and offering creative and technical solutions for effective learning experiences. We seek a talented professional with strong technical and creative skills to develop engaging and impactful learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Learning Solution Design & Deployment:

• Research and gather updated source material to achieve business outcomes.
• Design diverse learning experiences, including live, virtual, eLearning, nano-learning, and mobile formats.
• Deliver learning programs with end-to-end excellence, including clear communications and seamless execution.
• Maximize knowledge transfer and on-the-job application of skills through follow-up initiatives.
• Deploy learning solutions that align with on-the-job performance needs, meeting timelines and budget constraints.

2. Project Management & Collaboration:

• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), stakeholders, and teams to design and deliver learning solutions.
• Oversee graphic design efforts to ensure learning solutions meet aesthetic and educational standards.
• Identify project risks and implement corrective measures to ensure successful project delivery.

3. Instructional Design Expertise:

• Design curriculum, instruction, and assessment materials in line with current trends and best practices.
• Develop professional development products adhering to adult learning principles.
• Analyze critical information to address problems and deliver innovative, effective solutions.

4. Content Development:

• Utilize industry-standard web development tools to create interactive content, games, and activities.
• Develop instructional materials such as guides, job aids, hands-on activities, and self-study resources.
• Establish and maintain a robust graphic design library for reusable course components.

5. Leadership & Communication:

• Confidently interact with stakeholders to facilitate meetings, identify needs, and secure buy-in for solutions.
• Lead project execution to ensure timely delivery, quality assurance, and scope compliance.
• Demonstrate strong decision-making and problem-solving skills in a team environment.

Qualifications

Required:

• A graduate degree in any discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities, logical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Creativity, self-confidence, and flexibility.
• Proficiency with MS Office products (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred:

• Relevant degree or certification in learning design.
• Knowledge of Adult Learning Principles, the ADDIE model, System Development Life Cycle, and eLearning authoring tools.
