Schneider Electric is hiring for the role of Installed Base Service Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Comply with Safety and Cybersecurity policies, practices, and procedures.
• Perform Startup/Commissioning, Repair, and Preventive Maintenance of assets and systems.
• Analyze and explain report results to customers and management.
• Obtain necessary certifications and accreditations.
• Participate proactively in team initiatives and management meetings.
• Understand the scope of work, allocate time effectively, and ensure full traceability.
• Support planners, coordinators, and project managers in understanding site conditions.
• Escalate quality or technical issues detected on-site.
• Utilize digital tools designed for SE FSR.
• Track the Installed Base (serviceable assets).
• Advise customers on optimization opportunities and generate business leads.

Requirements:

• Electrical/Electronic Engineering background.
• Hands-on field experience with MV switchgear, Transformers, LV switchgear, Protection relays, Metering, Networking, and Power monitoring software.
• Project Management Skills.
• Partner Handling experience.
• Business Mindset.
• Customer-centric approach and strong people orientation.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, including the ability to interact with executive leaders and customers.
