Arbolus is hiring for the role of Insights Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Own project execution and overall project delivery for Insights project by providing day-to-day support on client projects & balancing multiple, concurrent, time-sensitive research requests.
• Responsible for sourcing and recruiting leading experts based on client needs, utilizing online research and networking.
• Screening new and existing experts via phone and email to ensure insight relevance.
• Onboarding new experts to the Arbolus platform.
• Support new initiatives for innovation and growth within the organisation.
• Own the operationalization of new initiatives by being resourceful and hustle to get it done.
• Work closely with stakeholders to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between different departments and teams involved in various initiatives.
• Network Success Associates will be responsible for driving active business and non-business expert engagement and establishing robust connect and relationships between Arbolus and Experts.

Requirements:

• Candidates with 0-2 years of experience in client-facing roles who are interested in making a career in the fast-growing expert network industry.
• Campus freshers with a passion for excelling in client/expert servicing roles can also apply.
• Strong Verbal and Written communication skills, able to confidently drive discussions with end-clients.
• People with Inquisitiveness to learn and passion for problem-solving.
• University degree with demonstrated high academic achievement.
• You have an agile mindset, are curious, and excited to work in a fast-paced environment, and dare to break traditions.
