  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Proactively seek out new business opportunities through outbound cold calls, email campaigns, and follow-ups on marketing leads.
  • Customer Engagement: Communicate with prospects to understand their needs and position the company’s products or services as the right solution.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage and track a sales pipeline through CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Qualify Leads: Evaluate and qualify inbound inquiries and marketing-generated leads.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects and customers through regular communication and follow-ups.
  • Sales Goals: Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, opportunities, and forecast to the Sales Manager.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and customer success teams to share insights, feedback, and work towards common goals.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with the company’s product offerings, industry trends, and competitor analysis to effectively position solutions.
  • Key Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects and customers effectively.
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of the sales cycle.
  • CRM Knowledge: Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Negotiation: Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
  • Self-motivated: Highly driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Customer Focus: A customer-centric attitude with the ability to build relationships and understand customer needs.
