Responsibilities & Requirements

• Business to business (B2B) calling and generating BANT (Budget, Authority, Need and Timeline) qualified leads.
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails, social media marketing (LinkedIn)
• Call identified contact number of customers and introduce them to the solution offerings.
• Set up an appointment for meeting or call between the potential customer and a member of the sales representatives.
• Demonstrates exceptional customer service and ability to react quickly to what the person being called is saying.
• Creative use of resources to generate appointments and leads for the sales team.
• Set appointments, listen to customer needs and sell most appropriate product.
• Researches and understands prospects before making the call.
• Effectively build and execute a target achievement plan to maximize output.
