Inside Sales Specialist Job in Ernakulam at Turbolab Technologies Private Limited

Turbolab is hiring for the role of Inside Sales Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Interacting with leads globally, especially with customers in the US, Europe and Asia Pacific
• Communicating with the potential customers, understand their needs, clarifying what we offer, provide a sales proposal and quote and generating invoices to get started
• Following up on any pending payments and keeping track of the progress of the project post-payment
• Coordinating with our technical team to provide a high-touch service to the customers

Requirements:

• 3+ years of work experience in Sales for API-based, fast-paced SaaS companies with hands-on experience with International/global clientele
• Have the ability to collaborate across different teams effectively and efficiently.
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive presence, with the ability to present data-driven insights to stakeholders.
• Residing in Kerala and willing to work flexibly from Kochi office
• Knowledge of the US/EU markets is highly desirable
