Teachmint is hiring for the role of Inside Sales Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Proactively engage with prospective customers to understand their needs and present suitable solutions during the product demo.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other sources.
• Build long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
• Prepare and deliver product demonstrations, and proposals.
• Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.
• Accurately document all sales activities in the CRM system.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to improve offerings.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of Inside sales experience in a B2B process; inbound activities from a SaaS/IT Product industry is preferred.
• Proficient in Hindi and English spoken language.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under stress and pressure.
