Inside Sales Specialist Job in Kolkata at KSL Cleantech Limited

Responsibilities:

• Initiate and manage outbound calls to prospective B2B clients.
• Clearly articulate and sell our project-based concepts to key decision-makers.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Schedule and conduct professional online presentations to showcase our solutions.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in B2B inside sales, preferably in a project-based environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi is essential.
• Proficiency in Bengali is a significant advantage.
• A confident and professional demeanor for conducting online presentations.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
