Anuyat is hiring for the role of Inside Sales Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Sales Manager to identify and target potential clients, develop sales strategies, and achieve sales targets
  • Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings for the sales team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and effectively communicating the value proposition of our products and services
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize CRM systems to track leads, manage pipelines, and report on sales activities and results
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and differentiation

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an inside sales role: We are looking for candidates with a proven track record of success in inside sales, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in IT services knowledge: Candidates should demonstrate a strong understanding of IT services, including software solutions, cloud computing, and digital technologies
  • Excellent communication skills: The ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, is essential for this role
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel: Proficiency in MS Excel is crucial for managing data, analyzing sales metrics, and generating reports
  • Familiarity with lead generation processes: Candidates should be familiar with lead generation techniques and processes, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and nurturing relationships to drive sales opportunities forward
