Awign Enterprises Private Limited is hiring for the role of Inside Sales Representative!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify target customer segments, the competitive landscape, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, product, and leadership to define value proposition, positioning, and messaging.
  • Create a detailed GTM plan outlining key objectives, target markets, distribution channels, pricing strategy, and promotional tactics.
  • Identify and evaluate various demand generation channels such as digital marketing, content marketing, social media, email campaigns, events, partnerships, and referrals.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across chosen channels to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics of demand generation activities to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to track the effectiveness of the GTM strategy and demand generation efforts.
  • Assess and analyze key performance indicators such as lead generation, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and customer lifetime value (CLV).
  • Utilize insights from data analysis to iterate and refine the GTM approach, adjusting tactics, messaging, and channel mix as necessary to improve outcomes and drive sustainable growth.
  • Implement and refine strategies to optimize lead generation and qualification processes.
  • Work towards achieving monthly sales targets by scheduling demos, identifying qualified opportunities, and setting appointments.
  • Provide accurate forecasts for weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain regular communication with colleagues, management, and prospects to ensure alignment and facilitate smooth sales processes.
  • Contribute insights and ideas to enhance sales and growth strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales or business development, demonstrating the ability to generate and qualify leads effectively
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in managing inside sales
  • Enthusiastic and adaptable, with the drive to excel in a dynamic startup environment
  • Strong discipline and familiarity with sales management tools and CRM systems
  • Industry expertise in software, human capital management technology, staffing, or recruiting sales is preferred
  • Excellent multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Proactive and comfortable navigating through change and ambiguity
  • Collaborative mindset, fostering teamwork and knowledge sharing within the organization
