Inside Sales – MS ERP / SAP Job in Bangalore at Trident Information Systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and convert inbound and outbound leads for MS ERP / SAP solutions.
• Identify and qualify business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Understand client business requirements and position appropriate ERP solutions.
• Coordinate with pre-sales, functional, and technical teams for solution presentations and demos.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups to close deals within defined timelines.
• Maintain accurate sales data, forecasts, and pipeline in CRM tools.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
• Stay updated with ERP market trends, competitors, and product offerings

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of proven Inside Sales experience in ERP solutions.
• Strong exposure to Microsoft Dynamics (D365 / Business Central / NAV) and/or SAP (S/4HANA, ECC).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in B2B IT/ERP solution selling is mandatory.
• Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into ERP solutions.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, Dynamics CRM, etc.).
• Strong follow-up skills with a target-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience selling ERP solutions to SMEs / Mid-market / Enterprises.
• Exposure to industries such as Retail, Manufacturing, Distribution, F&B, or Services.
• Immediate joiner or available within 15 days.
