About this Job
Roles and Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls professionally, handling queries and resolving complaints
- effectively
- Actively sell company's product and services to the customers who call
- Provide customers with the product and service information
- Make the customer interested in the product by explaining the product's benefits
- Conducting the demo set up for the different products
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the manager
- Complete call logs and call reports as necessary and update them in a timely manner
- Route calls to appropriate resources, whenever required
- Prior experience as a Telecaller in SMS industry or BPO outbound process
- (English Language, technical sales) will be preferred
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate Preferably BCA / BBA
- Computer proficiency
- Strong communication skills and good phone etiquette
- Patience and good listening skills
- Persuasiveness & Initiative Taking
- High customer service orientation
- Working Days - 6 Days a Week (10:00 AM to 6:30 PM)
