Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel working professionals and students about Scaler’s upskilling programs
• Handle inbound and outbound leads generated through marketing campaigns
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable learning solutions
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in CRM
• Build strong relationships with prospects and ensure high conversion rates
• Participate in sales training and product knowledge sessions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 0–6 years of experience in Inside Sales / B2C Sales / EdTech Sales
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills (English mandatory)
• Experience in selling to working professionals is a plus
• Target-driven mindset with strong persuasion skills
• Comfortable with high-volume calling and fast-paced environments
• Graduation is mandatory
