Inside Sales Executive ( Blended Process ) Job in Delhi at Proglogix International Services

Job Responsibility

• Engage in chat conversations with potential customers to understand their needs and provide relevant product information.
• Utilize persuasive selling techniques to convert chat interactions into sales.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, resolving any issues or concerns they may have.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize sales revenue.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies and tactics for achieving sales goals.
• Ability to follow up with potential customers on the phone to persuade them to purchase Visa services.
• Ability to work under pressure in a demanding work environment,
• Strong sales skills with sound knowledge of handling international customers will be an edge,
• Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company. Work towards achieving individual and team-based sales goals while maintaining high levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Skills Experience Requirement

• Candidate should have good written and verbal communication skills and will be responsible for engaging with potential customers domestic & International through online chat platforms & calls and providing product information, answering queries, and ultimately driving sales related to visa or travel services.
• Good Typing Speed, typing speed over 25 WPM will be preferred.
• Graduate in any field, Degree in Hospitality, Travel & Tourism or Business will be preferred
