About this Job

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to identify potential customers and proactively reach out to them through various channels, such as cold calling, emails, and social media, to generate new leads and opportunities.
  • Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products or services to potential clients. Tailor presentations to address specific customer needs and demonstrate how our offerings can meet those needs.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer pain points, challenges, and goals. Use this knowledge to provide consultative sales support and offer solutions that best fit their requirements.
  • Establish strong, long-lasting relationships with prospects and existing customers. Maintain regular communication and follow-up to nurture leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the sales management team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and ensure a consistent message to the target audience.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to position our products or services competitively.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales management team, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualification & Skills:

  • Previous experience in an inside sales or similar role, preferably in the same industry, demonstrating a successful track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey product information and build rapport with customers.
  • Ability to actively listen to customer needs and pain points, ask insightful questions, and propose relevant solutions.
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Capacity to adapt to changing circumstances and be resilient in the face of challenges.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the overall success of the sales team and the company.
