Burson is hiring for the role of Inside Sales Executive!
Responsibilities of the candidate:
- Lead generation.
- Processing timely inbound enquiries.
- Support the sales team in acquiring new clients and expanding business opportunities.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, tracking performance and targets.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely collection of payments.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams for smooth execution of sales activities.
- Maintain an up-to-date client and lead database in CRM tools.
Requirements
- Graduate or postgraduate degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related field).
- 0–1 year of experience in inside sales, business development, or tele-sales roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
