Protouch is hiring for the role of Inside Sales Executive!

Responsibilities of the candidate:

• Delivering salestargets.
• Discussing career and educational goals with interested participants.
• Helping in the course selection process to ensure progress towards participants’ goals.
• Displaying an interest in participants’ development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree. Master’s degree will be preferred.
• Min two years’ experience desirable. Freshers are also welcome
• Should be comfortable making calls to prospective participants. This role involvesspeaking to potential clients over call and in person. Candidate should be comfortable in talking and handling interested participants on phone.
• Experience in professional counseling, development, education, or related field will be preferred.
• Strong communication (fluency in spoken and written English is a must) and interpersonal skills specifically interacting with senior corporate executives
• Basic knowledge of computers, LMS
• A desire to help participants in their academic journey, from handling leads and enrollment.
