Fashion TV  is hiring for the role of Inside Sales Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities through targeted outreach.
  • Manage inbound leads and qualify them through effective questioning.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotes.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet revenue goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials.
  • Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Provide feedback to management on product enhancements and customer needs.
  • Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects and follow up regularly.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows for networking purposes.
  • Participate in regular sales training and continue personal development.
  • Analyze performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in inside sales or related sales role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Ability to handle objections and turn rejections into opportunities.
  • Experience with lead generation techniques and strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed performance benchmarks.
  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics and reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn about new products and industries.
  • Networking skills to cultivate strong professional relationships.
  • Comfortable conducting product demonstrations via video or in-person.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
