IIDE is hiring for the role of Inside Sales Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Engage in Meaningful Conversations:
    • Initiate and nurture insightful discussions with prospective students, showcasing the advantages of our Digital Marketing Courses at IIDE. Enlighten parents about the career prospects and benefits associated with our offerings
  • Mentorship and Support:
    • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior counselors, sharing valuable insights and strategies to enhance their performance
  • Target Achievement:
    • Proactively reach out to potential students daily, aiming for 60-80 high-quality interactions. Leverage CRM tools to monitor and achieve weekly and monthly targets for student conversions
  • Effective Communication:
    • Demonstrate clear and persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written, while interacting with students and parents
  • Sales Management and Reporting:
    • Utilize CRM and sales automation tools to generate comprehensive reports, tracking student interactions and conversion rates effectively
  • Collaboration and Assistance:
    • Collaborate with senior counselors as needed, ensuring cohesive teamwork and success for the entire team
  • Connect with a minimum of 50-60 prospective students daily
  • Contribute to meeting weekly revenue targets as per batch requirements
  • Engage in 2-3 hours of talk time per day on average

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a keen interest in sales and counseling
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and previous experience with EdTech platforms is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Preferably 1-2 years of counseling experience
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive demeanor
  • Passionate about sales and counseling, with a keen interest in educational technology
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is advantageous
