Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to inbound leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable service offerings
• Convert leads into customers through consultative sales techniques
• Maintain and update CRM with lead details, communication logs, and conversion status
• Collaborate with operations and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

Who Can Apply :

• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in inside sales or customer-facing roles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)
• Strong persuasion and problem-solving abilities
