Shaadi.com is hiring for the role of Inside Sales advisor!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to generate sales leads.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market trends.
- Train and mentor junior sales team members as needed.
Requirements:
- 1-10 years of experience in inside sales or telesales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
