Inside Sales Job in Chennai at Btree Systems (opc)

Responsibilities:

• Engage with students to understand their career aspirations and provide expert advice on suitable training programs offered by BTree Systems to help them achieve their goals.
• Connect interested students with appropriate trainers to schedule demo sessions, enabling them to explore our training offerings.
• Collect feedback from students after demo sessions and address their queries, concerns, and expectations promptly.
• Assist students throughout the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth transition into our institute's programs.
• Conduct research on trending IT technologies and training approaches, contributing to continuous improvement in our consultation services.
• Work closely with the training team to align training programs with student requirements and industry demands effectively.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication in Tamil and English.
• Experienced in customer-facing role.
• Excellent understanding of IT technologies will be a added advantage.
• Experienced in working with Google Drive, Sheets, CRM, and other tools.
• Experienced in EdTech or education sector will be a added advantage.
