Inside Sales Job in Gurugram at One More Goal Pvt Ltd

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones and book reservations for customers based on availability listed in the system.
• Upsell tickets to clients by recommending higher-end seats or suggesting VIP tickets.
• Process online reservations and update the system to reflect the new status for each event.
• Inform customers of alternative events, concerts or promotions if they are unable to book the tickets they originally wanted Respond swiftly and courteously to customer complaints or inquiries.
• Follow the suggested script provided to all Inside Sales Representatives # Capture customer information, including addresses and phone numbers, for future follow-up.
• Adjust your sales presentation based on success/fail averages.
• Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication.

Requirements and skills:

• Proven inside sales experience
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
• Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
• Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
