Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential customers via calls, emails, and other digital channels.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions using our products/services.
• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and inbound inquiries.
• Follow up on sales inquiries and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Effectively present and demonstrate products/services to prospective clients.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in CRM software.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation efforts.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
• Handle objections professionally and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and MS Office.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
