Input Retailer Onboarding - Team Lead Job in Pune at NinjaCart

NinjaCart is hiring for the role of Input Retailer Onboarding - Team Lead!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Drive the generation of input-retailer referrals directly, through FPOs/ nurseries, external databases, or any other sources, and educate & onboard them as partners on the Ninjacart platform for specific programs
• Set up and be responsible for a team as required, to speed up the process of onboarding
• Manage expenses within agreed budgets.
• Maintain and regularly share databases, reports, on-ground feedback, or such other data as sought from time to time
• Role involves travel outside of the city, to the farms, and across multiple districts in the assigned region; flexibility expected

Requirements:

• BSC agricultural (additional qualification MBA or PGDM agricultural shall be preferred)
• Should have at least 1 year of experience, ( Agriculture Marketing, Organic Farming, Fertilizer, Knowledge about Seeds and Agri Inputs )
• Knowledge of Marathi is a plus. Familiarity with Hindi and English is compulsory
• Strong communication and people management skills.
• Readiness to understand products/business, and culture of the organization and develop plans accordingly.
