Principal Global Services is hiring for the role of Infrastructure Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Design, configure, and manage Microsoft Teams Telephony to ensure a seamless calling experience.
• Deploy and maintain Microsoft Teams Rooms for enhanced video conferencing capabilities in conference rooms.
• Develop and implement automation solutions to streamline Microsoft Teams workflows and collaboration processes.
• Stay updated on the latest Microsoft Teams features and functionalities, and explore their potential applications within our organization.
• Identify gaps and inefficiencies in our current Teams setup, and propose improvements for a more effective and user-friendly experience.
• Provide ongoing support to users on o365-related issues as escalated by the Service Desk.
• Monitor and maintain the health and performance of our Voice Infra and Microsoft Teams environment.
• Work collaboratively with other IT team members to ensure smooth integration of Teams with other systems and applications.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate is someone who is not only technically proficient with the necessary tools and technologies but also demonstrates a proactive approach to problem-solving, a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Min 2 or Maximum 4 years of experience working with Global Team handling
• M365 Services with focus on MS Teams Conferencing and Telephony.
• Experience in MS Teams Conferencing, configuring them in meeting rooms.
• Experience in Voice Technology with MS Teams Telephony models.
• Experience in automation skills such as python, PowerShell with o365, and GitHub Concepts.
• Experience with Audio Video Technologies will be added advantage.
