Victoria's Secret is hiring for the role of Infrastructure/AV Engineering Intern!

Responsibilities of the Intern:

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of audio-visual systems, including projectors, displays, sound systems, and related equipment.
• Support the setup and operation of AV equipment for meetings, presentations, and events, ensuring functionality and quality.
• Perform routine checks, troubleshooting, and repairs of AV systems to resolve technical issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the IT team to integrate AV systems with network infrastructure and ensure compatibility and security.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users regarding AV equipment operation and functionality.
• Assist in documenting AV setup procedures, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations.
• Coordinate with Vendors on project requirements and assist in deploying new AV equipment.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in AV technology to recommend improvements or upgrades to existing systems.

Requirements:

• Any Graduation with fluency in English (India)
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure
• Familiarity with AV software, hardware, and relevant tools
• Detail-oriented approach to documentation and following standard operating procedures
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies in the AV field
