Infrastructure Apps Engineer (SRE) Job at Zoom

Zoom is hiring for the role of Infrastructure Apps Engineer (SRE)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Optimize cloud infrastructure as customer zero for our product.
• Use modern tools and automation for self-service capabilities.
• Maintain robust cloud infrastructure while staying agile.

Requirements:

• Have a Bachelor's in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Have extensive experience creating tools and/or services with modern languages such as Python and Golang.
• Have experience in automating infrastucture with standard tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, Ansible, etc.
• Have experience with following CI/CD best practices with Github Actions, Gitlab CI, Jenkins, etc.
• Have experience with Identity and Access Management and application provisioning.
• Have experience with authentication security practices around identity, MFA / FIDO, PKI.
• Have experience with major cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Have experience with Unified Collaboration tool integration (Zoom, Google Workspace / GAM, Proofpoint, SendGrid, etc.)
• Have experience with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to the physical, process/memory, network, session, database and application level.
