Infrastructure Analyst Job in Chennai at Natwest Group

NatWest Group is hiring for the post of Infrastructure Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Participate and seek out opportunities to simplify the platform infrastructure, architecture, services, and customer solutions, guarding against introducing new complexity.
• Build relationships with platform, domain, and relevant cross-domain stakeholders.
• Identify and consistently look for continuous improvements of existing processes and procedures across production management disciplines, and establish an environment of continual learning and feedback.
• Constantly review to make sure infrastructure is fully compliant with mandated standards by adhering to processes and security compliance.
• Work closely with feature teams, understanding the upcoming changes and collaborating to prevent potential issues occurring.
• Make sure that controls are applied and constantly reviewed, primarily against SOX, to ensure full compliance with all our policies and regulatory obligations.

Requirements:

• Four years experience in a CICS systems programmer role on the IBM Mainframe platform which will have equipped you with an understanding of CICS T 5.1 and above, RDO, CICSPlex, workload management, and RTA.
• Have a solid grasp of CICS problem determination, performance tuning, troubleshooting, CTG, web services, CICS MQ, CICS PA, CICS Explorer, SYSVIEW, and Endeavor.
• Technical experience, including platform, technology, products, and domains.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standard toolsets and processes to drive up customer service within an IT environment.
• Knowledge of development methodology and operational principles.
• Good collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
