About this Job
Cargill is hiring for the role of Information Specialist!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Monitor, catalog, and disseminate newsletters and other communications
- Enable RSS feed and APIs from our databases
- Support eLearning pathways creation and review of existing pathways
- Annually produce usage reports to support the budget and allocation process
- Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to the appropriate staff
- Consolidate, describe, organize, tag, and store information resources or documents in databases for self-service or websites, and retrieve confidential documents as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 0-3 years of experience required. MBA Freshers are also eligible
- English fluency. Good Communication skill is a must
- Mastering Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint)
- Demonstrating intellectual curiosity and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Demonstrating ability to think critically and apply judgment & good sense in a range of situations
- Ability to work independently
- Comfortable with working with a global team, time difference, different culture
- Customer focus mindset
- Other minimum qualifications may apply
