Nxtwave is hiring for the role of Influencer Marketing Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Identify and reach out to potential influencers across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and Telegram with relevant target audiences
• Evaluate influencer profiles based on audience demographics, engagement metrics, and content alignment
• Negotiate commercial terms and ensure agreements are finalized with influencers
• Plan and create content strategies that resonate with specific channel or page audiences using research and performance data (views, likes, comments, engagement)
• Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, emerging platforms, and best practices
• Plan, execute, and manage influencer marketing campaigns in line with defined objectives
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers for sustained partnerships
• Ensure timely execution of campaigns as per defined timelines and deliverables

Requirements:

• Ability to plan, execute, and monitor multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously
• Hands-on experience working with influencers and influencer marketing tools
• Strong understanding of Gen Z behavior, preferences, and digital consumption habits
• Ability to identify and leverage key market and social media trends
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Strong presentation, communication, and public speaking skills
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly in both written and verbal formats with high attention to detail
• Proactive, self-driven, and result-oriented attitude
