ITC is hiring for the role of Influencer Marketing Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Assist in designing, implementing, and monitoring influencer outreach campaigns across ITC’s Personal Care Brands.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with bloggers, Instagrammers, YouTubers, and social media influencers.
• Drive the micro and nano influencer outreach (2000 per month) across brands.
• Manage Cat A and Cat B influencers for annual tie-ups across brands.
• Enhance understanding of influencer tools and aggregator influencer spaces and competitor tracking for influencers.
• Track and monitor competition in influencer campaigns and influencer utilization.
• Map influencer SOV on a monthly basis with respect to Reach, Engagement, views, and shareability.
• Be the Custodian - Analytics for influencer assessment and campaign outcome for ITC’s in-house influencer tracking and monitoring tool.
• Liaise with brand teams, social media teams, performance marketing teams, e-commerce content teams, and aggregator/influencer agencies to create impactful campaigns.
• Participate in and manage the social communities they’re a part of – ensuring that they’re well connected to the influencer networks.
• Ensure on-time payments and swift query resolutions for both internal as well as external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1-3 years in influencer marketing and creating influencer campaigns. Preferred individuals to have experience with influencer aggregators and influencer management
• For people with content to commerce, D2C influencer outreach experience will also be preferred

  • Follows trends and is extremely well-versed with all social media platforms, tools available on the platforms, and cohort-wise influencing capabilities of individuals and platforms

  • Managerial skills to manage multiple campaigns at a time
  • An aesthetic eye to enhance the quality of content for brand campaigns
