Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and onboarding influencers for marketing campaigns. 
• Communicate with influencers via email, phone, and social media platforms to negotiate terms and agreements. 
• Maintain positive relationships with influencers, providing support and guidance throughout campaigns. 
• Support the coordination and execution of influencer marketing campaigns.
• Assist in developing campaign briefs and guidelines for influencers. 
• Ensure timely delivery of content from influencers and adherence to campaign objectives. 
• Review influencer-generated content to ensure it aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. 
• Provide constructive feedback to influencers to optimize content quality and performance. 
• Assist in tracking and analyzing key metrics for influencer campaigns. 
• Generate reports summarizing campaign performance and insights for internal stakeholders. 
• Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining databases, organizing documents, and managing invoices. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of influencer marketing initiatives. 

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field or has minimum 1 year of experience in Influencer marketing. 
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 
• Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer marketing trends. 
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 
• Previous internship experience in marketing or influencer relations is a plus.
