Pocketful is hiring for the role of Influencer Marketer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and user acquisition.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers in the finance, stock market, and fintech space, ensuring alignment with the brand’s goals.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers, affiliates, and partners to foster collaboration and brand advocacy.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee influencer campaigns, including briefing, content reviews, and post-campaign analysis.
• Ensure influencer-generated content aligns with brand guidelines and effectively communicates key messages.
• Track, measure, and report campaign performance using KPIs such as engagement, conversions, and ROI, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Compliance: Ensure all influencer collaborations comply with industry regulations and advertising standards.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of proven experience in influencer marketing. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in stockbroking or fintech industries.
• Strong understanding of the finance/investing niche and its audience.
• Existing relationships with influencers in the finance or fintech sector is a plus.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
