Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Identify and evaluate industry best practices in technology/product innovations & technology leadership.
• Mine, analyze, and synthesize volumes of data toward addressing specific business objectives.
• Market forecasting, best practices understanding, competition benchmarking, product mapping, technology forecasting, and technology benchmarking.
• Formulate technology roadmaps; recommend new areas of growth in the industry, new business opportunities for stakeholders, etc.
• Understand business implications of technology/product innovations and /or related initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelors in Science or other technical courses along with 2 to 5 years of research and consulting experience /Bachelors in Mechanical/ Production/ Industrial/ Electronics engineering along with 2 to 5 years of research and consulting experience.
• Ability to apply foresight to develop strong visionary and out-of-the-box content.
• Adept in Information Gathering, and Information Processing.
• Exposure to Data analysis, data mining, and decision/conclusion-making basis the data reading/analysis.
• Excellent Oral & Written Communication Skills.
• Flair for Creative Problem Solving; Logical Reasoning; Analytical Thinking; Strategic orientation.
• A good grounding in the Microsoft Office Suite.
