Navi is hiring for the role of Industrial Trainee - Finance Controller!

Responsibilities of the Intern:

• Perform internal and external financial reporting and prepare financial statements during audits and regular reports.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Understanding of Fixed Assets
• Drafting and reviewing Balance sheet accounts reconciliations
• Management Reporting & Analytical MIS
• Prepare variance analysis from prior periods and seek an explanation of variances.
• Consolidation, inter-company transactions and reconciliations
• Conduct various reconciliations at the organizational level.

Requirements:

• Candidates should have a deep knowledge and understanding of accounting standards, accounting principles and application thereof in practical situations.
• Auditing experience as an auditee preferred.
• Hands-on with accounting standards, Audit methodologies and execution.
• Must be hands-on on MS Excel.
• Knowledge of Oracle is a plus.
