Industrial Goods AS Sr Associate Job in Gurgaon at RSM

• Develop an understanding clients' needs and expectations, their business and industry, accounting and control systems, employees, company values and industry-related IFRS issues
• Develop and demonstrate an understanding of the RSM audit approach, methodology and tools
• Perform audit procedures and tests in accordance with RSM audit methodology based overall audit plan, ensuring proper documentation of work performed
• Identifying accounting and auditing issues; discussing with audit in-charge to solve issues that arise
• Assist engagement team in preparation of audit reports, and management letters
• Exercise professional skepticism, judgment and adhere to the code of ethics while on engagements
• Ensure that documentation is compliant with quality standards of the firm
• Working collaboratively as a part of the team and communicate effectively with RSM audit professionals, supervisors, and senior management in Canada on a daily basis

Requirements:

• Bachelors in Commerce/ MBA
• Qualified Chartered Accountant, Fresher – 1 year of relevant experience
• Strong Data Analytical skills including advanced Excel skills (Vlookups, pivot tables, and basic formulas), Word and PowerPoint
• Strong multi-tasking and project management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication (English) as the position requires frequent communications with RSM International clients
