Forvia Faurecia is hiring for the role of Industrial Designer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Work in a front-line design position creating & driving a team for 3D Modelling, and visualization solutions for projects, with the ambition to work more for Indian markets and manage key projects, timelines, and quotes.
• Work connected to a real global Industrial design network developing high-quality photorealistic 3D modeling visualizations in the form of renderings, animations, and Virtual Reality to support all different industrial design projects.  
• Execute the technical (realization) process focused on polygon modeling (but also other surfacing tools), composition, pre and post-processing, and output accuracy.
• Act as a main contributor or responsible for visualization offerings to customers, you should be able to understand gaps in competencies and provide expert knowledge of processes and services for customers.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams in design projects. Guide the direction and push the quality of the work. Manage and maintain team motivation and morale.
• Be aware of where digital design is going and a keen interest in digital creative, social, cultural, technology, and business trends.
• Manage client and partner relationships. Facilitate co-creation sessions/workshops.

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Master’s Degree preferred in Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design or similar. 
• 2+ years of experience in industrial design
• Team player
• Portfolio demonstrating your ability to create impactful design stories
• High taste level + deep understanding of form language
• A seasoned understanding of how things work and are made
• Strong knowledge of design process + time/project management
• Proven ability to mentor and develop skills in others
• Ability to thrive in a place of rapid growth + change
• Experience using VR, Adobe Suite and CAD surface modeling
• Experience outside of automotive is a plus
• Auto-entrepreneurial mindset or strong determination to support the team on all aspects of the ID process.
• Possess a strong aesthetic sensibility and a great eye for detail
• Excellent communication skills are required to allow a quick network-building
• Strong communication skills (visual, written, and verbal) 
• Ability to multi-task and establish priorities with multiple projects simultaneously
