India AG Commercial Controller Job in Gurgaon at CNH Industrial

CNH is hiring for the role of Commercial Controller!

Responsibility of the Candidate:

• Pricing and Margin Control
• Ensure that proper pricing action are taken on time and also keep a track of margin with respect to Standard as well as Fully allocated margin. Highlight risks and variation to India management and APAC finance team
• Budget / FCST / SBP – Participate and prepare Budget, FCST and SBP Plans for India AG Wholegood business. Explain the causals to the management
• Provide direction to the sales team in terms on marginality and improvement in Margins
• Periodically present financials to management
• Coordinate within different departments of finance to ensure all compliances are fulfilled

Requirements:

• Education/Qualifications: CA / MBA (Finance)
• Expert in excel, database maintenance, knowledge of ERP LN and consolidation is a plus
• Decision-Making and Learning Skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, team player
• Leadership skills, integrity, ability to work under pressure in complex international environment
• Strong analytical
• Ability to work in matrix organizations and with multicultural environment.
• Language Requirement(s): Good English, both oral & written.
