Incharge - Civil Maintenance Job in Chennai at Rockman

Rockman is hiring for the role of Incharge - Civil Maintenance!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Execution of site work of industrial PEB and RCC Building, MEP and factory building, commercial, farm house and Interior work
• Layout, Levels, Dimensions, Diagonals, Coordinates points cross check with physical & engineering instrument
• All drawings dimensions, levels cross check before starting the execution work
• Finishing work like Bricks work, Block work, Plaster, POP, Kota Stone, Tiles and all interiors works of office etc
• Regular monitoring of the work at the site & tally with daily Progress and followed by BOQ Schedule item
• Interior works of buildings likes dry wall, Wooden work, grid false ceiling, gypsum false ceiling, board partition
• Work progress with followed and review of Bar chart and completion of building in budgeted cost
• Checking of execution work check list, pour card, inspection request, field memo, NCR, site order book, minutes of meetings

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of Quality, estimation & costing
• Checking of bills submitted by the vendors and co-ordination with accounts for payment
• Quality Check of material and keeping the record
• Supervision of all MEP works and completion timely as per schedule
• Erection of machine with co-ordination with other associated agencies
