TTEC is hiring for the role of Inbound sales Representative
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Bring your passion and product and brand knowledge to handle customer interactions, and management objections and ultimately close the sale
- Listen and ask pertinent questions to identify sales opportunity cues, recommend, quote, and negotiate products or services that meet those customer needs
- Operate as a lead point of contact for all matters related to seller/customer portfolio and conduct deep dive analysis, develop and execute plans with existing sellers
- Publish key insights and action plans based on data
Requirements:
- Applied sales experience with a customer focus mindset
- Impeccable spoken and written English language skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer experience
