Rucha Engineering 2.0 is hiring for the role of In Ward QA Engineer!

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the Incoming Quality Assurance department and its technicians/inspectors.
• Oversee day-to-day execution of customer and departmental requests for incoming inspections.
• Mentor technicians/inspectors, conduct performance reviews, create training plans, and deliver training.
• Identify staff development needs in GMP training, technical skills, safety, performance management, and best practices.
• Act as the main point of contact for Senior Staff, Operations, Quality, Planning, Engineering, Materials, and other departments for incoming inspection activities.
• Ensure timely execution of inspection planning, results, and backorder demands.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing quality assurance and inspection processes.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and company policies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in mentoring and training staff.
• Effective communication skills for coordination with various departments
