Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Record Details and process orders placed by the customers
• Contribute to the team effort by achieving the allocated targets
• Manage customer accounts to ensure their satisfaction with the company's products and services, as well as develop and sustain customer relationships to foster repeat business 
• Develop in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences

• Graduate with 1+ year of relevant experience (in Tele Sales)
• Basic knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
• Strong negotiation and selling skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with effective communication skills
