GMR Group is hiring for the role of In Charge - Security Liasoning & Compl.!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Monitor and ensure the issuance of 2 hours/1 day temporary Airport Entry Passes (AEPs) during shifts from T-3 for operational emergencies and Customs.
- Track the number of passes issued.
- Record and analyze the number of observations/feedback received.
- Follow up on the maintenance of security-related equipment/gadgets at T3.
- Track the number of unserviceable equipment.
- Monitor the number of rectifications within the timeframe.
- Support Quality Control on various IMS/Quality improvement activities for all government stakeholders at Terminal 3.
- Monitor the C-SAT score of government agencies.
- Track the number of DISHA training sessions provided to government agencies.
- Monitor 5’s score and ASQ ratings.
- Ensure proper incident reporting, log entry, document control, and generation of reports.
