LSEG is hiring for the role of Implementation Project Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Be responsible for all aspects of customer implementation projects
• Build strong relationships with key technical contacts in named accounts.
• Work closely with the IRM to understand the customer’s business and overall technical strategy.
• Hold meetings with the customer when required, either proactively or event-triggered.
• Maintain a high standard of communication with all internal and external participants to ensure timely delivery of all projects. Confidence in both written and verbal communication with clients and internal partners, particularly within the Sales and Account Management organization, is important.
• Work in various systems (Salesforce, FullPicture, SNOW, BI Apps, etc.) to work each order through to completion.  Be responsible for knowing process for each system so that you can accurately manage orders, client expectations, and internal metrics.
